High protein meals?

I'm struggling to get enough nutrition in my diet. I find that I'm constantly at least double over my sugar and half my protein. What are some good foods to help me get less sugar and more protein into my diet?

Are there any healthy/healthier snacks that are sweet without being overly sugary? I have an awful sweet tooth that I struggle to keep under control.

    Don't stress sugar, it won't affect weight loss unless you are diabetic.

    To get more protein, eat more meat! I love me a nice 12 oz pepper crusted sirloin. But chicken, turkey, bison, and duck are all good choices as well.
