Hi everyone! I am currently trying to maintane my weight loss, I find that i get the munchies at work (I work long hours so a snack is a good way to pass the time) and I am a grazer however, i am having a hard time find low calorie options that are NOT fruits and veggies, I have IBS and every time I try to eat lots of fruits and veggies for snacks I get an 'attack', anybody out there in the same boat, ruffage is not your friend? what do you eat for low cal snacks? thanks in advance :)

What about air popped popcorn? Yogurt?

I'm not super familar with IBS so I can't help much. Is it because of the increase in fiber from the fruits and veggies? If that's the case popcorn may not be the best idea.
  • I have a yogurt every day for my morning snack :) I can do popcorn just only a couple of times a week, good suggestions! thanks, and yes the increased fiber just causes my guts to bloat and I get gassy and so uncomfortable, pants don't fit right etc etc it's not cool

I HAD IBS and had similar issues. I would eat certain foods including fruits and they would set me off. However- Since i have gone gluten free I have not had one attack and fruits don't bother me at all. I did a juicing fast for 14 days and it seemed to reset me.
Before then, I would keep granola bars, popcorn and nuts stocked at my desk.
