How many calories?

Hi! right ive got 3 stone of baby weight that i need to shift! Ive given myself 12 months to loose it. I am struggling at to how many calories i should eat to loose weight. Im trying to have at least 40% protein a day so quite high and ive done that while eating 1200 calories per day. Can anyone help me, i dont know if i should be eating more calories or if this is right eating 1200.

I currently weigh 177lbs
my height is 66 inches
Im 23 years old.

Also do you eat any calories you burn at the gym?

    Your Base Metabolic rate is 1851 calories so this is what you need to eat at a minimum. As it is only a calculation, you could stick to 1800 a day.

    Eating back exercise calories is up to the person but it is not wise to eat below the BMR once exercise burned calories is deducted.
