How do you all keep it off?

So this is the first time I have ever really focused on losing weight. I hit 14 pounds lost today, and now I am starting to wonder what I am going to do when I hit the goal weight. So I thought asking in the success stories forum would be the best place to ask. So how do you all do it? Have you kept using myfitnesspal under the maintain current weight? I am just wondering what the future is going to look like, since I am almost at my halfway point (and to be a honest a bit freaked out about it hahahha!)
