Hello to all!! I started with this site about a year ago when my daughter was about 4 weeks old. I fell off the band wagon and now I am back to stay. I have been working out for about a week or so now and using this site to keep up with my foods and I really feel good about it all. I have lost almost 2 pounds this week so i am really proud of that. However, I need some advice. I stood in my flower bed planting flowers for an hour and a half on Wednesday. Well, I didn't stand, I squatted, and now the backs of my thighs are KILLING me. It hurts to walk, squat, sit, or for anything to touch them; even clothes. I have been walking 3-4 miles daily and they didn't hurt at all so I know it's from the squatting. Anyway, I need to know what to do to make them feel better ASAP, I didn't walk last night for fear of hurting worse, but I really want to walk tonight. PLEASE HELP!! :-)

Elevate and take a break first. Sounds like you built up some lactic acid and stressed the muscle0
