    Thank you! It has taken me just under 9 months. I started with the Body by Vii shakes which helped me to lose the first 30 but I still had to count calories and I wanted to make this a lifestyle change so I needed to lose it eating real food!! In Sept. 2012 I started eating cleaner, low carb, and staying under 1300 calories a day. I also do a min, of 6 hours cardio a week and 2 days of light strength training. It was hard at first to get into an exercise routine because I had lead a pretty sedentary life before but now I LOVE my exercise time and look forward to it every day!
