    3.57 miles today, as usual on the treadmill. Looking forward to some warmer (spring) weather here so I can take it outside.

    ETA: 6 more runs like today and I'll make it!

    2.42 miles for C25K W6D2 today (10 min run, 3 min walk, 10 min run, with 5 minute warm-up and cool-down). Next is the start of the 25-minute runs!

    Up to 23.65. At least I'm close to half way, I'm just a week behind.

    Running a 10k trail race tomorrow. Yay for 6 more miles!

    Well it's March 22 and I'm up to 35.4 miles so if I keep at it, I will make the 50 miles I promised. It's all walking, can't run because of back issues.
