I had lost a lot of weight but last year I had 2 new hips within 4 months I am now 8 months
down the line with my recovery.
The problem I have is that during the time after my ops I put alot of weight back on, now I am
back to my exercise and watching what I am eating I find that I am not loosing weight
What can I do? I think my food diary is ok and my calorie burn is ok and I dont always
eat back all of my exercise cals, so where am I going wrong???
Thanks

I'd swap out about half the sweets for veggies. You're meeting the calorie goal, but there's a lot of food that's lacking in nutritional value.
Also how much is your goal to lose per week? If you're losing .5-1lb a week that's great.0 -
Hi Vicky!
What type of exercise are you doing?
I glanced at a few pages of your diary. You might try adding more protein to your breakfast (like an omelette or shake). I always agree that adding veggies is a great thing! Veggies make good snacks.0
