Query on increasing home based training

Hi all,

For six months now I've been building my own home routines.

I have a weight set and, working from videos online, have slowly built up a variety of exercises and weights.

Last week, I incorporated a low impact aerobics video into my routine. That's great, but, as soon as it gets easier, I want to do more! Do I look for other videos, or is there something else I should be doing?

Note, I also cycle approximately 10 miles a day commute too. I recently gave up smoking, so have been a bit more lenient on my diet, but I am getting a buzz from exercising and don't want to let up!

Financially, and generally, I don't like the idea of the gym, as people will look at me!
