And found a good calorie calculator? Trying it for the first time in about an hr and I am excited nervous. I get that way before I try something new every time.

Sarauk2sf is our resident piloxing expert. Hopefully she'll come by and have an answer for you.
*Sorry, I have no links to prove this so you'll have to take my word for it.0 -

Piloxing, seems interesting and on the more fun side of things. I'm interested to see about how many calories are burned with it too.0

Thankfully the instructor who taught the class is about 1 in taller than me and roughly the same weight (she was 155 and I am 145) and she was wearing a hrm for the class. She burned 625 in the hour long class. as there was a 10lb difference and she obviously does every single count of a move. I deducted 50 calories. cause I obviously couldn't keep up on all the moves. I sweated buckets and I felt fantastically exhausted after. I stretched a ton after and then did yoga in the morning to help ease the soreness. It was so much fun. She was also using the handweight gloves for the kickboxing portions. I am definitely going back.0
