IIFYM - looking for friends!

Hey all!

I've been here for a while now, but I'm looking for some friends to help give support and motivation. I use TDEE (I exercise 3-5 times a week but don't log it here) and still eat the occasional crap meal but am looking for sustainable changes over time, not complete abstinence of sugary goodies! (Although... we don't talk about what happened last weekend when family came through town. Hoping THAT doesn't happen again!).

About me: I'm 24, female, from Canada
SW: ~185 lbs (172lbs when I started with MFP)
CW: 162 lbs
GW: 145 lbs, but we'll see when I get nearer if that's a good weight or not.
