pre/post exercise meals ????

Looking for a bit ff advice I work 7am-6pm mon-sat so iv been doing fitness classes on a monday and wed night starting 6pm till 8-8.30pm. And Sat 10am-11am iv also go kids so these are the only times I can get to classes.

Im looking for suggestions on what kind off meals are best before and after classes.

  • I have a protein shake before my morning workouts and when I workout late its is usually after dinner...

    I do a sweet potato pre workout and whey protein shake with real strawberries, Bananas, blueberries and raspberry with a scoop of creatine pre and post workouts. I've tried other whey protein powders and found the body fortress from walmart to be the best.
    Their creatine is good also.

    It's really all a matter of personal choice. For those types of classes you don't have eat anything before or after unless you want to. And feel free to eat whatever you want that fits within your calorie budget.
