Happy result of weighing my food

I've been measuring my peanut butter with a measuring spoon. Though PB is my favorite food, it is nutritionally (and calorically) dense, so accuracy is important. After reading a thread yesterday about measuring cups and spoons being off from the kitchen scale, I decided to weigh my tablespoon, zero it out, then weigh my tablespoon with peanut butter. It didn't weigh enough! Woo-hoo! More peanut butter for me!! (Doing the happy dance!!!)

Woohoo!
I weigh absolutely everything, it is so much more accurate. A friend didn't see why until I showed her the difference in weight of a loose cup of shredded cheese and a packed one0 -
I never think to weigh things like peanut butter....but next time I have it on celery I will weigh it!0
