I do Muay Thai for sport and we use Sauna suits to run in
when we are trying to make weight for a fight.

They are great at making you sweat and ive lost up to 3kg from running in
a sauna suit but its all just water weight and once you take in fluids again
youll put the weight back on.

Although we never use them long term
i.e run in them everyday, so they may make a permenant weight loss
difference if you used it every day but i cant be sure.

All i know is if i cant make weight, a 10k run in one of those bad boys always helps :)

Do NOT waste money on a sauna suit. Only water is lost and you'll need to replenish it.

Replace your meal replacements with actual meals.

*Sorry, I have no links to prove this so you'll have to take my word for it.

A sauna suit? I've never heard such a thing. Honestly.
