Hey!

I have been on MFP a while and have managed to lose 27lbs...but I still have a LONG way to go.

I recently re-set my ticker for added motivation as I was losing and gaining the same 5-10lbs for a few months. So far it's working, but I don't want to slip up and gain the 5lbs I am down since my mental "restart".

I need to be accountable to find success; I think that a "shout-out" for friends that are in a similar situation would do the trick.

I love lifting weights, recently discovered Turbo Fire and run at an indoor track with a group every second Tuesday. I also love food, good food and too much of it (portions are my downfall)

    Anyone is welcome to add me... I don't have answers just experience with what has worked for me and it might help you... I log nearly everyday and plan to be here another 50 years holding myself accountable. 131 pounds since the first of July!
