Hello, I new to this site and to getting healthy. My cousin just had open heart surgery and she is only a couple of years older than me. Health issues run in the family. It was enough for me to modify my eating habits which is very bad. I am trying with nutrition but have no incorporated fitness into my regimen. I want to be healthy for my childlren and me. Would love to be an inspiration to others although I have a long road ahead of me.
