    It's a toss up for me, and all 3 have already been mentioned...the vidalia chopper, the immersion blender (I have the Calphalon with chopper and whisk attachments...LOVE), and the Cuisinart Griddler. Honorable mention is my microplane because I love fresh garlic and you can just grate it into whatever you're cooking and not reek like garlic for days.

    My Tupperware stack cooker. I LOVE that thing I can steam all my veggies in it, Heck, I've even made a pineapple upside down cake in it, in the microwave.

    I really should start selling Tupperware.. love it.
