Hi there! As the subject states, I just started The New Rules of Lifting For Women program and I'm looking for friends who lift. Maybe you did the program, are doing the program or are just starting it, or maybe you do something different, doesn't matter. Just looking for new friends who can offer encouragement and advice.

5'4"
High Weight: 175
MyFitnessPal Starting Weight: 165
Current Weight: 138

I just re-started with MFP in the fall- I had this account but didn't keep up with it. I run 2-3 days a week and enjoy participating in 5K's. My workouts primarily centered around running, with some strength training about 2 days a week, but I'm now focusing on lifting because I want to take my fitness to the next level and really get sexy!
