I lack of motivation and cheap healthy meal options! :(

Hey guys. My name is Ashley. I am 19, going on 20 years old. I started to become overweight around age 10. I was never super big, but I was definitely never small. unless you count 8 years old and younger. Basically, my parents would always have snacks around the house and I grew very fond of eating. At age 12, I soon realized what I had become. I started not eating and exercising like crazy. But then I would relapse and start eating again. Then I gave purging a try... it all seemed to work short term, and then the weight would come right back. Then I started experimenting with diet pills... Lipsozene, xendryne, etc... went on crazy fad diets. And nothing seemed to work. Finally in early 2011 at age 17 and 2011lbs, I was fed up and decided to do things the right way. I started the "17 Day Diet" (basically a no/low card diet) and I lost 30lbs in 2 months with little exercise. Then I plateaued and got discourage and quit. Luckily I kept all but 10lbs the weight off. I was 190lbs at the beginning of 2012, but living on my own is expensive. So I relost those 10lbs from not being financially able to eat so much. So now I sit here at 180(give or take a few)lbs. I'm not as unhappy as I was, but I know I could be even happier if I lost the weight. I have a 1st goal of 150 and then see where I want to go from there. I'm 5'7. I would absolutely love to do a no card diet, but with my current financial problems I'm not sure how to go about it. I don't think it would be possible. It would be really cool of someone could help me out with healthier meal options on a budget. And maybe gain some friends for motivation. Any tips to get me started?
