598 calories? Are you kidding me? What a ridiculous workout!!

    I average 500-550. I really need to do another round.

    Is that bad? When I did it, I used to burn around 900-1000 cals.

    Not quite sure if your statement means it wasn't a lot or it WAS a lot. I burned about that much sometimes. Sometimes I burned less if I didn't push as hard. Dependingin ow much you weigh you're not going to burn thousands of calories.

    Men burn alot more doing insanity. My son burns 900 to 1100 each day. For a woman 500 to 600 is a good burn.. Great Burn keep it up!!!!!!!!

    I'm sorry, I was still in can't move or think mode after finishing the workout. I thought that 600 was a lot to burn in one sitting, LOL! I was impressed:)

    Lol! It is a lot of burn I was always surprised when I saw my calorie burn at the end of my workouts, especially in the days I felt like I slacked off.

    Ok. yeah, it is. I wasn't sure if you thought it was not enough. i think women burn aorund 300-700 on those and men 800-1000 or more. Varies by weight.
