NEW FRIENDS :)

hey everyone i am looking for some encourageing new friends who cam help share healthy eating and exercise tips with me and to help motivate! as i will do the same to you! :) i am looking to loose 150 or more and all im doing is gaining weight , i am exerciseing everyday and food isnt great but im not exceeding 1500 cal. any tips? im not at a plateau because i havent lost any weight ata ll...iv been on this journey for about 2 months also

    My name is Alyssa. I've been struggling to lose weight since I was a teenager. Well, I'm only 25, but still. I'm 185-190 lbs. About a year ago I hit 200 lbs and I was shocked. It was the eye opener I needed. The only problem was getting started. It's been a year but I'm more knowledgeable now. My husband is in the military so I get free access to the gym on base and I joined a gym and I do workouts at home. I realized I was plateauing about 4 months ago and I realized it was about eating. Right now I'm doing a low carb diet to get rid of excess sugars in grains and it's working wonders. I highly recommend it.
    My only tip is the key to losing weight, no, scratch that: getting healthy, is in the kitchen as well. It's a huge sacrifice, but that's not saying you can't have a day to eat a little less healthy. Like a cheat day. I hope this helps. Feel free to add me. :)
