    You look great. Are you doing a specific program (P90X, Insanity, etc.) or are you just doing your own thing? Whatever it is, it definitely worked.

    I don't know if it's just me, but I think you looked amazing in the first pic. I thought that was your after pic until I scrolled down and saw the real after pic. I can tell you worked really hard to achieve the body you have now, great work!

    This was off my own training routine, and eating at a 20% deficit from my TDEE.
