Low Calorie FRUIT COBBLER!
Options
Holy crap, must share this recipe. I made it tonight, and it is delicious.
You need:
1 package white cake mix (DO NOT use the kind with pudding in the mix, it won't turn out right!)
24 ounces frozen berries/fruit of your choice
1 can (12 oz) Sprite Zero
Spray 13x9 inch pan with Pam. Spread frozen fruit in the bottom. In a separate bowl, mix dry cake mix and Sprite Zero lightly (there should still be some lumps). Pour over fruit. Some fruit will poke through, that's okay. Bake at 350 for ~45 mins. Enjoy!
I used Duncan Hines white cake mix, and Private Selection frozen blackberries. I cut my 13x9 inch cobbler into 12 pieces. The calories were 172/piece. (I ate 2.5 :blushing: It. Was. GOOD!!!!)
