Seeking Severe Binge Eaters.... with humor ;)

Hi my name is Emma Holliday and I have had a very rocky relationship with food ever since I was a little girl. Like us all, I have used it for comfort, and at times for true nourishment (haha my inconsistency is pitiful), but mostly for compensation. This is a super duper vulnerable place for me to be telling you this right now, but I know that it is the right thing to do. Its the right thing to connect with those that are struggling with the same control issues and lighten what it means to be a binge eater. To all those health critics, I am not forming a "fat" alliance or anything haha I'm just trying to bring this issue out of the dark so that we (those that have been held hostage in the bounds of food addiction) can be freed from food hell! Add me if you need a fellow binger to talk to

I'm a binge eater. The amount of food I can consume on one binge day can taken me more than a week to burn off. It sucks, but it's true. You'll find a lot of us here. What I have found helps is WAY more protein than what the average person consumes. I have about 100-150 grams per day. And so I'm not chewing on the rumps of live cattle, I'm using soy protein shakes to help cull hunger. Because the moment I feel a hunger pain, I'm ready to chew my own arm off.0
