2 rice cakes (62 cals)
30g weightwatchers cream cheese (39 cals)
1 pot low fat strawberry yogurt (blanc battu) (103 cals)
Total: 204
I'll have a cup f garpes (62 cals) later on!0 -
Simple Harvest Maple and brown sugar oatmeal (160 cal)
Smart Portion Banana Muffin (80 cal)
And most of my water for the day... about 45 oz so far.
45 oz. of water in the morning - how do you manage to get that down?!?! trying to force down 16 oz. myself lol.0
