Kashi vs. Cascadian Farms

Which do you guys think is better, Kashi or Cascadian Farms? I'd really like your opinions! :)

    Kellogg or General Mills.......neither, but both employ some pretty smart marketers. Saying that, if I do have cereal it's generally the lowly steel cut oats.....
