Last year Jan: 260lbs
Last year September: 198 lbs (currently at 200lbs, I gained some weight since the photo, but am almost back to it)

I'll have to dig up an older pic for comparison but I do have a story about facial change!

I recently went to my bank to pick up a form and get a new bank card, the teller asked me for ID, I handed it to her and she proceeded to glance at the card then me then back to the card again before saying "this doesn't look like you." I told her the photo was a few years old and she said "this looks like somebody else, not you at all" then pretty much interrogated me on my personal information to make sure it was me. Once I passed her personal information test she finally allowed me to proceed with what I needed and as I was leaving said "I'm sorry, it's just your face is twice it's size in the ID photo." Ummmm thanks lady, I don't know whether to be flattered or angry but it was a pretty awesome feeling especially since I never could see any difference.

I went home and told my husband my story, he asked to see my ID, screamed " HOLY ****, we need to get you a new ID" then burst out laughing and made me bring the picture to mom's house to show her so they could both laugh some more haha

Note the rather large difference between 130 and 116 - It is easy to get discouraged as you get close because the loose skin makes your face seem a bit off. Give it time though and it will correct itself. There is about 4 months between 130 and 120 (it only took 2m to lose) and another 4m between 120 and 116 but a good bit of the extra slack around my eyes, cheeks, and jaw corrected itself during this time.
