Fruit Sugars - Friend or Foe

Hello!
Obviously moderation is a factor here, but take a look at my diary for TOMORROW (2/26/2013) - (I planned out my work day - breakfast, lunch, and snacks). I'm already over my sugar limit according to MFP.
Now I do remember hearing that sugar is sugar, and to be honest I don't normally eat this much fruit per day - but I'm trying to mix it up. I would eat only veggies if I had a choice (just love the taste).
Should I be worried about this type of sugar intake? I'm having to relearn how to eat. I try to avoid the generally known - BAD sugars (cookies, etc). I don't normally crave them either.
Sugar lesson - go...

PS. I know my eating was bad today - I forgot my lunch pale at home, and there aren't many options near my office....so I don't want to hear about my eating from today.
