    I lost 30lbs since last April but been @ a stand still since Nov so my sister recomended this site. I started a new job last year and thats how i lost that amount .I still have 20lbs too go.

    Go to Apps up the top of the page, and then press 'tickers' after you've pressed that and follow the instructions to create your own.
