Do we need to do Insanity every day?

Hi everyone, I've tried a search on this but can't seem to find an answer so thought I would see if anyone can offer some opinions? My husband and I have been following a fitness plan together for quite a while which is a mix of running, gym, sports and Jillian Michaels work outs. Both of us are fitter and stronger than we have been for a long time and want to tackle Insanity together. However, we don't want to do it every day as we play sports some days and also don't want to give up going out running together. So my question is - can we do Insanity as part of our weekly routine but not every day? ie, maybe Insanity 3 days a week, running 2 days a week and our separate team sports 1 day a week?
I appreciate it will take longer to complete but will it still be worthwhile?
