30 day shred too hard...

I don't know why, but it was, and I was greatly discouraged.
After some research I bough Jillian Michael's Body Revolution from Target.
I did day 1 today (technically yesterday), and am happy to say I was able to finish the 30min workout.
I'm so happy, excited, and proud of myself!
I feel great and a little sore. I can't wait to do day 2!

I highly recommend it to people struggling with exercise.

30 Day Shred can be tough for the first few days if you're new to exercise but you should have stuck with it. Then when it gets easier you KNOW you're making progress. Quitting when something is 'too hard' is why a lot of people are here in the first place.

Everyone should know their limits. I would go back to the 30 day shred in a few weeks when you up your stamina.

I agree, after a month or so of this workout, maybe try out the 30 Day Shred again and see how it goes once you are a little stronger. Finding something else for now was a good idea, instead of just giving up altogether.

    Thanks! That's the plan. :)
When I finish Body Revolution, I'm going to do 30 day shred, then I'm going to do Insanity
    with my husband.
