Getting Rid of the Last 5 Pounds!

I am in the home stretch in losing weight but have that final 5 pounds that I want to lose. It has been holding on for several weeks now with nothing really happening. I am a 6'2 male and weigh 201 pounds. I am eating about 1850 calories a day and trying to get a workout in at least 3 days a week.

Doing that has enabled me to lose 25 pounds but I just have this last 5 to go.

Suggestions?
