How can my protein, fat, and carb values be in the red but I still have 25 calories left? Confused.

Nice job - you're close enough on all your macros - if you want those extra 25 calories, eat 'em!

Oh I SHALL!!! I'm just wondering how its even possible!

ETA: Thanks by the way. I plan my meals in advance because protein has been a problem for me and I'm trying to keep my muscle mass while losing fat.

The system does not verify user entries in that you can tell it that there are 5 grams each carb, protein, and fat but it won't verify that the calories are then entered as 4*5 + 4*5 + 9*5 - at least not that I have noticed. I am guessing that is where the disparity lies.

The entries are inaccurate somehow. If you think the calories sound accurate, you're double checking things, and you're close on your macros I wouldn't worry about it too much.

    This.

If you look at just the blueberries that you ate, the calories vs carb/prot are off.
