Plateau

I know the more you lose, the slower it goes, but I am frustrated by how slowly it has gone for me lately. I cannot believe that I am losing little to no weight when I still have lots of weight to lose. Any advice??? I am a pescetarian, fyi. Thanks for any input!

A plateau is no weight loss over several week period. If you aren't losing, change something up... try doing some extra exercise or eat a little bit less. Eat less sodium, drink more water, Sometimes you have to try a bunch of things to find out what really works. I hve found if I don't eat late at night it works better for me although I believe that it doesn't matter when you get your calories my body clearly doesn't like it when I eat late.0

I agree with mydeloo. When I haven't lost any weight in 2-3 weeks, I generally change it up by adding extra cardio, and depending on your calorie intake currently perhaps you need to lower it to accomodate your new weight? Or it's already excessively low, and you need to raise it slightly.
Personally I try to keep my body guessing by eating 2700 calories 3 days a week, and 1600 4 days a week. It's helped me from plateauing.0
