Hi, I'm new to this site and I'm loving the tools on here I'm finding them such a helpful aide to my weight loss plan.
I have about 1.5/ 2 stone to lose which I intend to shift using the 5:2 method which I started last Monday, I'm finding it quite easy atm so Im hopeful that i can stick with it and hit my target weight by summer are there anymore 5:2ers here? .:happy:

Your topic title made me laugh. Seem to be reading alot about 5:2 dieting recently. I sort of do it - quite strict Monday to Friday, a bit more relaxed at the weekend. Considering it as a maintenance tool (more 2:5) once I'm at my target weight - though not entirely sure that will work? Good luck!0
