So apparently I have what many refer to as an "apple shapped" body being I carry most my weight in the "lovehandle" area. I am curious to know how my shape will look once I drop my extra weight. Plus, I need extra motivation and success pics always help!

    I need to take newer photos but this is what I looked like from 190 to 170. I was very apple shaped in the beginning, now I would say I'm a bit more of an hourglass shape.

    I ate 20% below my TDEE and focused on cardio I enjoyed and lifted heavy. It's really that simple. :drinker:
    I'm about 10lbs away from my initial goal weight.

    I lift heavy during the week and do alot of cardio on the weekend.... What has helped me the most is 5 day prepping my food....sames me from error.... 2yr difference but it is so worth it... You can do it...
