Good Ol' Plateau.

So I always get to this weight, 145 lbs, 5'5" with my curves, a slight muscle definition, and I get comfortable. It's easy for me to maintain, and I get lazy. I'm trying to get down to 130, basically to see if I can. I'm not going by what BMI says, or what other people think is appropriate for my body type, I've only gotten down there when I was so sick I couldn't eat. But I've always been a cheater with my food. I eat whatever I want, and don't gain too much weight. These last 15 pounds are to prove to myself that I can stick to an appropriate diet, and workout routine. Does anyone else get here, and they start getting lazy?

  • I am exactly there with you. I am 5'5 and about 132. I started around 155 and the first 15 came off with almost no work. I had to push a little bit and I got down to 133 and now I am stuck. I want to get down to around 125ish just to see how it fits my body. I haven't been that weight since I was a teenager and I want that personal satisfaction. The only problem is me. I run a lot and use MFP to track calories but no dice. I still eat my cheese and drink my wine but they are budgeted in. Still nothing. So i am 100% there with you.
