Hi :)Just a quick question,
I have been on the 1200 calories diet for 5 weeks..
I'm having 2 brown toasts, an apple, and sometimes 2 boiled egg whites.
I don't spread anything on the toasts.. because I like it more that way:)
Q:Does anyone know why digestion is so much quicker in the morning? I feel extremely starving only after 1~2 hours of eating that breakfast.. whereas in the evening, I don't have any problems even with the 1hr exercise every night. I sometimes eat chicken breast salad to calm it down, or an apple, which all get digested in 2hrs.. :laugh: (oh, btw I'm 17 yo girl)

Aaah, sweetie. your body is still growing and 1200 cals is definitely not good for your body. Calculate your TDEE at fattofitradio.com and eat 15-20% below that. Keep up with the workouts!!
