Brush - 2X a day, When I get up and when I go to bed.
Floss - Multiple times a day. Kind of neurotic about it actually.
Mouthwash - Once in the morning
Dentist - Every six months for a cleaning & check-up. Was there 2 weeks ago.

    Brush teeth morning and night.
    Floss only at night.
    Use mouthwash in the morning.
Been at the dentist about 6 months ago.
I have this weekly ritual i usually do on Sunday afternoon, shaping eyebrows, using a facial scrub, moisturizing mask etc. It also involves flossing, and brushing teeth for a very long time until i feel they are as clean as possible.
Huh, it sounds a little weird now that i re-read that.

    1. Every day
    2. Every day
    3. Every day
    4. Every six months without fail (thank God for the NHS - don't know where the idea that Brits have bad teeth comes from!)

Brush twice a day with a Sonicare.

In the evening I also floss and use a WaterPik and a bite guard.

I get my teeth cleaned professionally 4 times year because I have a couple of dental implants and you need to clean scrupulously around them.

Having spent my childhood getting teeth drilled at practically every visit, and most of my adulthood getting bridges, caps, root canals, etc., it seems I've finally found a good preventative routine. The majority of the time now all I need is a cleaning.

Brush twice a day, floss once a day, rinse with whitening mouth wash in the am, fluoride rinse in the pm. Just went for my check up last week and the hygienist was impressed with how clean my teeth were for not seeing a dentist for almost 3 years.
