Hi guys.
I'm just wondering, if you log in your every day activity, such as walking to work/school, or only log in when doing "real" exercise. I burn at least 300 kcal a day, just by walking around and biking to school, but should i log them in, and get to eat for the amount? it only seems fair haha.

lol sorry, that's already calculated into your daily caloric burn. Check out your goals section. On the right side MFP already shows you how many calories you burn a day: walking to & from places, normal cleaning, etc. If you're following their program, you should only log the extra calories you've burned during your workouts. :)

Wow, good think I asked. So I'm only allowed to add exercise when working out or going for a real walk(and not just every day activity)?
