Hi! My wedding is in 10 weeks, and I just went in for my first fitting on Saturday. My dress was designed to have a corset back, but I wanted a zipper put in. The people at the dress shop ordered me a larger size hoping it would have enough fabric to close and add a zipper. It turns out I'm about 2 inches too big all around and there's no way I'll fit into it unless I lose those 2 inches. Feels like I'm living every bride's worst nightmare! Luckily I started a strict diet last Monday and I have kept it up so far.
Here is my plan:
6AM 1 hour hot yoga class
8:30AM Vi shake made with 12oz skim milk and 3 scoops of powder
Midmorning snack- 1/2 a grapefruit
Lunch Vi shake prepared the same way as breakfast
Afternoon snacks- strawberries and nonfat cottage cheese, almonds, apple
After work-2 times a week I teach my co-workers an hour long regular temperature yoga class and do some work on the treadmill. Trying to add more work on the treadmill on days I don't teach.
Dinner- A side of meat, with a carb (potato, quinoa, rice, spaghetti squash), and a green
How many pounds do you think equals 2 inches? I'm guessing it's about 10-15. Do you think my plan will get me whee I need to be in 10 weeks? My next fitting is in 6 weeks, I'm hoping to have the dress fit me then so that I know it will fit me on my wedding day.
What's your plan and is it working?
