A sign of muscle fatigue?

So I have been doing excellent with walk away the pounds and yesterday I decided 1 hour. I broke it up into 30 min segments and I DID IT lol it felt great.
Although today I tried to do about 40 and ended up doing 35 because I got dizzy, muscles started to get really really tight, and I just felt like hitting the ground so I stopped right there and grabbed some water.
Is this a sign of muscle fatigue? WATP I usually do everyday for anywhere from 35-40 mins long,

I could possibly be muscle fatigue. It could also be eating too few calories to fuel the workout, or fatigue in general (not getting enough sleep). It could be too few carbs or not enough protein. It could even be not enough water. A lot of things are needed to properly fuel a workout.
The tight muscles could just be not stretching enough before or after your workouts. But that would not cause dizziness.0 -
I'm wondering if it's not also my beta thalassemia minor too, my anemia. I'm gonna go to the doc next week because it's scaring me.0

well sometimes you just have a bad day where you are tired and fatigued. i have those days. also i took a look at your diary and you are not eating enough in general. 1,000-1,200 calories isnt enough. what will happen when you plateau and your body is used to surviving on so few calories? youll have to decrease them again, and its not healthy. i suggest that you eat more! your body will thank you

I lead a very seditary lifestyle believe it or not and I'm only 5 ft 3, even my doc agreed as close to 1,200 calories as I can without getting stuffed. Being a housewife it happens!0 -

1200 does sound pretty low for a young 5'3" woman, but since you have a medical condition and are under the care of a doctor I'd suggest following his/her advice. But be sure your doc is aware of your exercise routine.
I am curious (and I hope this doesn't sound rude as I don't mean it that way) why would being a housewife means a sedentary lifestyle? I have a sedentary lifestyle because someone pays me a lot of money to sit at a desk all day. If I were home all day I can't imagine being sedentary.0 -
It does get boring but with being anemic I can't go outside right now it's too cold, even with a heavy winter coat and jeans I'm still extremely sensitive to the cold so I stay inside.
I don't have kids so that's out of the question.
I cook yes, clean of course, go to church, what not but besides that it's a relatively simple life that some times drives me insane but it does work.0
