Hi everybody, though my last stay is brief and i rarely post anything up here, i really appreciate alot of the user's advice and experience, they are uplifting and inspiring. Last year i had the goal to lose more then 30pounds by the end of December but as usual work really put me off track.
so this year March i finally resigned and had enough of the animation life. Yes i love my job but i am so unhealthy i no longer feel beautiful, watching my colleagues falling sick and even one who's only 25 is having heart burn from time to time. I really dont want to die on my job. (my job requires me to work from 9am to 12pm, even on saturday and sunday sometimes, and got paid peanuts)
Anyway back to the topic, last year i lost 11pounds but i gained back 5pounds due to stress at work. The yo-yo effect was driving me crazy and i dont even snack. Now i'm taking a 2 weeks break and already i lost 3pounds just going to the gym for 8 hours, when i went back to have lunch with my colleagues they all said i regained the healthy glow and bounce in my steps. My loving boyfriend saw how much i struggled with loosing weight he offered to go on the same journey with me. We are in a long distant relationship so the next meeting is in September and he hopes to gain the 20 pounds i planned to lose. We weight the same at the moment so he's underweight and i am overweight (for an Asian and for my height); oh don't you wish there's a weight swapping machine that will make things so much easier? :P
