I like to plan my week in advance, I feel like seeing a set 'menu' of what I have planned stops me from pigging out on things that aren't listed.
Anyway could you please take a look, I've planned for the next few days and tell me if there is anything I should change or something I need to really increase, protein etc, thankyou!

yikes... thats all i can say.

Why are you leaving 700-800-900 calories uneaten at the ned of the day?0

Add some protein girl!
you have a good start, assuming this isn't all you are planning on eating that day. I would try to increase the calories you eat with breakfast and add some protein to your breakfast, this will help keep you full and focused in the morning. Do you like eggs? add an egg white scramble with some sliced turkey or something.0 -
Calories are way too low. What you're doing is technically a starvation diet. You should aim close to the goal you're setting for the day.0

My first thought is that it's very low in calories.
Can you swap the iceberg lettuce for other leafy greens like spinach, kale, green/red leaf, or even romaine? You get more "bang for your buck" with those.
I see a lot of corn, and while I love corn, can you add veggies that are less starchy, such as more cucumbers, celery, carrots, tomatoes, etc.
I would be very sad with that little dairy and protein, why not trade out the lite yogurts for Greek yogurt or cottage cheese? That will also increase your protein.
For me personally, that's a lot of what I call "processed carbs", as in cereal, biscuits, etc. What about incorporating some brown rice or whole oats?
Just my suggestions.0 -
thats a good point, are you exercising too? How many calories are you burning from that? It seems like you are really low on your intake and that will do more harm than good to your metabolism long term.0

What's your current weight and height?
You're tracking carbs, but some of your foods are showing as zero for carbs when they do have them- porridge, frozen veg.0 -
Have you tried eating more? That would definitely solve deficiencies in macros. Just sayin0

Your ticker appears to display that you have reached your goal weight but you are eating like a person who is trying to lose at least a pound a week. What is going on?0

Looking back at your diary and the other posts you have made, I suspect you will hear the same thing that you have been told time and time again: You aren't eating enough and it isn't healthy. MFP has you set at almost 1800 calories and you are barely hitting half that, if that much. You are starving yourself skinny.0
