I am interested in this approach, but am having a very hard time calculating my information. I just did it and it said my daily calorie requirement is 3640. If this is true I'm eating WAY below that when i use the MFP settings (currently eating 1930). Can someone please help me with the calculations? And also school me on the method, reasons, and advantage to this strategy?
