Anyone have any ideas for something i can throw with my chicken tonight?
About 200 Cals
And not a salad if possible :)

There must be loads, but i seem to be having the saeme things, and its getting bland :yawn:

    well..
    i usually have a salad and REALLY have fun dressing it up!!!
    BUT
    other than salad..
    i take out a bag of mixed veggies and steam them with a nice blend of spices..

    OR
    some brown rice..

    OR
    my fav.. grilled zucchini or eggplant with a garlic olive oil sauce..

    Greetings...Asparagus is in season right now...any vegetable and brown rice goes well with chicken...enjoy your dinner!

    Im ok with salads, but useless with the dresisngs.

    I find olive oil and lemon is the only one i do...

    Eggplant.. Haha stupid question but can i get that form UK

    with my dressings i do a combination of:

    soy sauce
    dijon mustard
    balsamic vinegar
    smooth garlic
    a tiny tiny bit of olive oil
    lemon
    splenda
    cayenne pepper..

    try it!

    I have garlic powder, will that doo?
    And i think ill try black pepper, i dont think i could handle the cayenne stuff :explode:

    Just to answer your question about getting eggplant in the UK. It is Aubergine over here, and in case you didn't know, Zucchini is courgette!
    Sounds very yummy....i may have to go and get some now!!

    Ahhhh excellent, i would have never have guessed, i actually thought it was this plan that my mum grows in the garden, calld egg plant. Imagine me trying to rill that LMAO!!
    I was unsure about the Zucchini, so i added courgette on to the database anyway.

    And just to say, i tryed this dressing last night, without the lemon and cayenne pepper, and Oh Mi Lord it was delicoius!! I cooked my chicken in balsamic vinegar, something ive never ever tryed before yesterday, and i fell in love!! Never new something could taste soo gooood :happy:
