Exercises you do?

So guys what are the normal exercises you do? and how long and how many times a week?

    I normally begin with a 5 min cardio for warm up..then move on with weights (circuit training) in the gym.. if I am in no mood for weights, I do a 15 min resistance training on elliptical or treadmill using weights, then move to core exercises such as planking, push ups, squats, lunges, skipping, burpees, crunches, n some other little weight training..

    That sounds awesome!
    Me, I started doing pull-ups& push-ups and it’s starting to snowball into more.
    I really want to lower my BF without losing more weight. I really want 6 pack ABS by August.
