How can this be???

I have been sick since Thursday with a HUGE cold. I asked here if I should continue to work out or not, and of course the answer was no. I missed out on hiking :sad: But its all good anyway. :laugh: I am feeling much better today, and weekends are the worst for me!! I usually gain some of the weight I've lost over the week back. Sunday was easter dinner, and yesterday there was a lot of chocolate and my husband made a bunch of homemade bread. I've been snacking on this, but still not taking as much as usual but eating over my limit. On top of that have not been working out since im sick.... I weigh myself today and i've LOST 2lbs!! I was happy but confused. Its great now that im feeling better and can get back to my goal of 200lbs by the end of this month. 6lbs to go!! yay!

Sometimes our bodies do weird things!! I say just be happy with it, I mean after all we should get something good outta being sick right?? :laugh: And just get back on track, because I am sure it won't happen 2 weeks in a row!!0
