So I usually prepare food the night before, heat it and eat on my break for lunch but today I have class 1pm-5pm with no break. Any ideas on what I could bring that isn't messy/doesn't smell that I could eat during my lectures? Don't want to draw too much attention to myself lol.

What about salads, you could prep those the night before and can experiment with all different types.
Or just lots of snacks? Protein bar, almonds/mixed nuts, fruit etc... Good luck hun! :-)0
