i can't even remember the last time i ate a big mac! somebody mentioned 'dizzying stomach cramps', that would be the reason why.

my body likes me to eat cleaner now that i'm older. but this recipe sounds doable. thanks!

"Big Mac Casserole" just sounds like it should be nowhere near the word "Fitness". Is it just me?

Just you -- you can just about anything in moderation and be totally healthy. Plus ANYTHING you make at home, no matter what is call it, is going to be better than drive thru crap.

Only thing I would change is to add ketchup and mustard on top of the gound beef mixture before placing the cheese...

Buuuuut Big Macs don't have ketchup and mustard on them........

Sadly, I've never seen reduced-fat crescent roll dough, so this is out for me :(.

I have made a big mac salad before. It is pretty close to this recipe. Lean, no antibiotic ground beef, shredded cheese, Light thousand Island dressing (or I make my own with light mayo (can use plain greek yogurt instead of the mayo) mixed with sugar free ketchup, pickle relish and mustard. Put all of this on top of lettuce. Although a Big Mac doesn't have tomatoes, I do add them to my salad.
